1 General Terms

Daha7 (referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming service operating under an international license. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the daha7 platform. By using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be permanently closed. The details provided at registration — name, mobile number, and date of birth — must be accurate and your own.

• A valid mobile number and password are required to register.
• Never share your account password with anyone.
• Sharing or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Any suspicious activity on your account must be reported to support immediately.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is complete.

3 Deposit & Payment Policy

Deposits on daha7 start from a minimum of BDT 200. A range of Bangladeshi payment methods are supported, including Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All deposits are accepted directly in BDT with no currency conversion fees.

Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If a deposit does not arrive, please contact support with proof of payment. Deposits made through a third party are not accepted — all deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name.

• Minimum deposit: BDT 200
• Maximum deposit: BDT 500,000 per day (subject to change in special cases)
• No additional processing fees apply to deposits.
• Depositing using another person's payment method may result in account suspension.
• Accounts found to be involved in fraudulent activity or money laundering will be closed.

4 Withdrawal Policy

Winnings on daha7 can be withdrawn starting from a minimum of BDT 500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 24 hours — and in most cases much sooner, arriving in your account within a few hours.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit. This is to prevent money laundering and to protect the security of your funds. Large withdrawal requests may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.

• Maximum daily withdrawal: BDT 200,000
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily held in cases of suspicious activity.
• Bank transfers may take up to 3 business days to process.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. You must first complete the specified wagering requirements. For example, if a bonus carries a 20x wagering requirement, you must place bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount.

Any form of fraud, use of bots, software exploitation, or attempts to gain an unfair advantage are strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed and all winnings will be forfeited.

• Intentionally disconnecting during a game is not allowed.
• If a technical issue results in an uncertain game outcome, that round may be declared void.
• If you discover a bug or error in any game, you must report it to support immediately.
